Gmail is not really html based. So it is a quite annoying that it can't be copied and pasted, insert into email which usually in outlook can be done.
I found this out and wanted to share with others....

1. set gmail to "rich text" format (there is no need to do this things in new gmail version)

2.  copy the excel cell/table into MS Word

3. copy the table/cell from MS Word into Gmail
